Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Swedish weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Any problems in the postal service that may occur is out of my control but I will always do my best to get updates and information to you. Everything is shipped from our office in Stockholm, Sweden with Postnord.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping time:
Sweden: 1-3 working days, shipping cost 39-99 SEK
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries when possible. Worldwide shipping if nothing else is stated. At some times it might be impossible to ship to some countries depending on political issues, laws or crisis. You will be informed if we are unable to ship to you and get a full refund.

Shipping time:
EU: 3-5 working days, shipping cost 99-410 SEK
Rest of the world: 8-20 working days, shipping cost 120-600 SEK
Estimated delivery time for international orders outside of EU is 8-20 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ploen Patterns is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Digital products
When you buy any digital products you will be provided with a link to download your files. If you have any technical issues please contact josefine@ploenpatterns.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (30 days outside of EU) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact josefine@ploenpatterns.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at josefine@ploenpatterns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
