FLÖDE is a fitted jersey dress with interesting design lines. Knee-length, 3/4 sleeves. Rounded neckline. It was designed for Tauko Magazine. Inspired by movement and how fabric drapes around the body...
View A: Fun, colorblock design made from two different fabrics. Choose contrasting fabrics or similar tones for different effects.
View B: Simple, fitted dress. It's the perfect design to show off a print or make a solid, basic dress. The size range 44-62 features bust darts for added shaping.

What you will need:
Sewing machine
Overlocker/serger (optional)
Twin needle (optional, but really nice to have)
Thread
A coverstitch machine can also be used for topstitching and hems. But it's in no way needed.
Suggested fabrics: light to medium weight knits with at least 30% stretch, such as cotton jersey, viscose jersey, and ponte di roma. See the stretch guide in the pattern file. A fabric with more structure is better than a fabric that is too flowy and slippery. For view A, you will need two contrasting fabrics to create the illustrated design. It’s designed so that fabric A is a lighter color and fabric B has a darker tone—rules are meant to be broken, though, do you! Try to use two fabrics that are as similar as possible when it comes to drape and weight (view A).
Note: I suggest you use a program like Adobe Reader for printing. It's great for PDF patterns, free download here. Print on A4 or Letter size paper. Instructions included.
